At Peace Country Rentals, we believe in supporting the communities where we live and work. We are committed to contributing to non-profit organizations, kids' sports, and community events that make a real difference.
Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we've established the following guidelines to help streamline the process and ensure our contributions have the greatest impact. Please review this policy carefully before submitting a donation request.
What we support.
Peace Country Rentals proudly supports non-profit organizations that address a compelling need within our local communities, as well as local kids' sports teams and community events.
Eligibility Criteria.
To be considered for a donation, your organization or event should meet the following criteria:
- Non-Profit Status: For non-profit organizations, you must hold a valid charitable registration number.
- Community Benefit: Your initiative should clearly benefit individuals or groups within the communities we serve.
- Alignment with Our Values: Your project or event should align with our commitment to community well-being and development.
Application requirements.
All donation requests must include the following information. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
- Charitable Registration Number: (Required for non-profit organizations only)
- Organization Overview: A brief history of your non-profit organization, its purpose, and the significance of its work.
- Beneficiaries and Geographic Area: Clearly describe who benefits from your organization or event and the specific geographic area it serves.
- Project/Program Description: A detailed description of the specific project or program for which you are seeking support.
- Use of Funds: Explain exactly how the funds or donated items will be used.
Our donation guidelines.
Please keep these important guidelines in mind when submitting your request:
- Advance Notice: We require at minimum 30 days' notice for any donation request. However, we highly advise giving as much notice as possible, as donations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis due to the volume of requests.
- Submission Method: We can only consider requests submitted via our online form. We are unable to accept requests made in person or over the phone.
- Delivery and Setup: Generally, we cannot donate delivery or setup services. Your organization should arrange for the pickup and return of all equipment.
- Credit Card on File: We require a credit card on file as a surety that equipment will be returned in good order and at the agreed-upon time. Your card will not be charged at the time of pickup.
- Rental Policies Apply: All of our regular rental policies apply to any donated or discounted equipment. Please review your rental contract carefully to prevent misunderstandings.
- Pickup and Returns: All equipment pickups and returns must occur during our regular business hours.

Our review process and timelines.
We review donation requests on an ongoing basis. Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to respond to every request individually.
If your application is selected for further consideration, we will contact you directly. We appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process.
